Thursday, 8/28/08 - Light workout

Unfortunately, I didn't have any time to squeeze a workout in yesterday. Don't feel like I've been getting enough sleep but its almost the weekend. Looks like I might ERG this weekend in addition to the Nike run just to get it over with.

Managed to force myself to go to the gym... got a light, informal workout in. Did a couple of sets of biceps at home before and managed to catch the last 2 innings of the Angel's game while using an elliptical at the gym. Got 40 mins in on that but still never feels like a good cardio workout, nothing compared to running but it said I burned a solikd 400ish calories. Who knows how accurate that is. They also got the electrical scale back at 24 but I'm questioning even more how accurate it is. Weighed myself in at 158, which I would guess is about 3-4 pounds heavy... could be the Greenfield Brazilian BBQ I had for lunch though.

Finished up the workout with a couple more dumbell and hammer curls, 2 sets of pull ups and various tricep exercises. Gonna take the day off tomorrow and relax.
