ERG was temporarily postponed until next week. This is kind of a relief but I am just putting off what I dread momentarily so part of me wants to get it over with. Practice itself was relatively easy. I had to sit on the "noobie"-er boat today and its hard to feel like I got a really good workout in. First last was four 3 minute sets and second lap was 8 windsprints with some Simon Says to finish the lap.
After practice we had to go pick up our race packets for the run tomorrow. Luckily, the lines were short when we got there and they managed to have the shirt sizes we needed. Lunch was at The Loft, a Hawaiian chain that was quite good and relatively cheap. Rest of the day was taken easy... decided to do practice and the run tomorrow. We'll see how it goes.
